I had been working at Epik solutions part time for more than half a year. Great Experience so far, tremendous opportunity to explore new areas if one is flexible enough. It is a good place to work and learn grow yourself. My career is great here.

In general conversations, when you quote that you work in Epikso, It gives a good impression. The annual bonus and increment were also good in pre covid times.

The work culture is one of the best working here the management understand when your Personal needs does take care of that. Even in this difficult time, there are no salary cuts or lays offs. We are having work from home these days and if the employee face any issues the management is there to help.

I have been working at Epikso since March 2019, and I am quite satisfied here. Job security, work culture, management, company policies are up to the mark. In times of pandemic, the company offered work from home without deducting a single penny.

Employees were allowed to work from home and given support with insurance and medical checkups for covid. Appraisals for the new financial year were suspended and reduced the previous year's performance bonus up to half.
