Hi Ambika, Thank you for the review. As per the standards in the local market (Mahe and Kannur) we are paying a descent packages with weekly 2 days off. Regarding the Work timing we made them strict only when an employee reported continuously late for more than 10 days a month. Since we are working on a close deadline with foreign clients, deliverable are something we cannot compromise on. Even though the work timing is 8 hours a day, we do not force an employee to work productive more than 7 hours. We had an internal survey withing our employees to get more idea about this. We will be definitely working out for any gaps. Thanks HR
