Higher authorities are not responsible, not responsive, ignorant and they try to ulitize the lower level employees to their maximum. They don't heed to the our concerns, only concerned about own performance. Unclean office and improper administration. No backup for electricity, hot environment without proper cooling technologies. They also don't have a proper system for anything. Above all the salary package is very low with an immense amount of pressure, followed by an insecure employment pattern that has been observed.
