As it is a listed company in BSE Market work environment is good. Various work learned in the company.Full authority & responsibility divided to each Deptt.

Dislikes

Though the products are high standard and having good client base however due tolow production and late delivery customers are not happy with company and in this situation I have to work hard to meet the expenses because company going in loss every year.

Generally speaking my work is hectic because of finance crisis .As it is listed company more compliance and more adminstration compare to turnover of the company.

Work days: Monday to Friday
