Policies for employees. Actually only the rules to control employees are followed, rest any employee benefit related rules or policy can change anytime and for anyone . Worst HR dept and there no work culture. Most unskilled workforce in entire company . Majorly interns and low qualified team

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
