Job security and work culture is very satisfactory& Who has maintain good coordination with management they have good growth in Enrich.

Dislikes

Here how much u have worked is not important, How much you have coordinated with management is only important and You need to Express your work progress, If you work or not, That is not important, Even management doesn't enquire who really work in the field, They trust only vocal coordinators.

Nobody teach here everything you need to know your own, If you want to do experiments on any devices you can, Nobody will stop you, Overall work life is satisfactory.
