I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They are into everything in the industries for supplying anything for the clients with outsourcing, project incentives, annual increments, day outings & trips, and on-time salaries

They dont have a proper process, they get into unknown projects and end up in trouble, they have less manpower they are not provided with proper training, They send us to the client's place without informing us anything about the meeting.
