working culture and learning growth is commendable. especially i would like thank Ennoble IP management for the kind of support provided during hard times like COIVD. Team and people are very good. Salary and appraisals are up to mark. What i like most is the thought process of company helping the innovators to develop there ideas and project.

i liked everything here in the company, there is nothing which i don't like. individual behaviors should not be judged for company's behaviour. this is great place to work.

Its a great place to work. my experience till now is great in terms of learning. People are cooperative and supportive. as compared to my last experience i am actually happy to be part of Ennoble IP. Salary, Appraisals, compliments for hard-work, is very timely which keeps employees motivated.

Opportunity to work in multi-dimensions simultaneously, I started as Research associate and learnt so many things in a span of 1.5 years which is the best thing that they will give you opportunity and chances to learn everything and try multiple projects every month like patent search, invalidity and FTO ETC

Leaves are less and sometime work comes like a bomb which can hamper your weekend.

Politics is always there but they would not like to help and co operate with ppl who can give results in long term. Taking credits in our department is a common thing. The work done by the Associate is pretended to be done by Sr. Associate. I wish the Owner can talk and understand the problem of a ground level employee then things would be different. Senior HR is cooperative and genuine.

1. No mail conversation for the proof the actual work given and submitted 2. Sr. Associate just fooling people and doing nothing 3. Taking credits is common 4. Company is okay for the freshers not for the experienced 5. Owner does not knows wot happens inside the team. She just listens to the Managers. The partial behaviour will lead to the disappointment at the ground level.
