Toxic work culture and 0 trust towards management.

The company is partial towards employees favoring select few. Compensation is negligent compared to the overtime employees are subjected to. Project manager do not value individuals effort and project a wrong picture about the individual to the management. One has to attend calls and work over the weekend and still the work effort goes unnoticed severely understaffed. Management manipulates the company policy to stronghold their stance sometimes without informing the individuals.
