I like working with my team and analyzing how we can improve our process and plant problem solving.It is with great appreciation to work for a big project like this and linking everything into one to create a process that works for everyone. The environment , culture and people was quite efferent to what I was used to , but that made even great and fun work .

Dislikes

To be honest I come across challenges daily at work and learning how to work and solve them is exciting and interesting to do . Being decisive and disciplining people was one my weak points when I came here but now I have learned a lot on how to do it without discouraging the team spirit.

Work Details

I really love my job and would not trade anything for the experience that i have gained here. I wish my next job would be more interesting and challenging more than currently .

Dislikes

Progression is very limited in the operations department. The remuneration is below the average of other companies in the same business. That's why so many people leave.
