As long-term partners with some of the world's leading corporates, we constantly benchmark our working culture and HR policies with global standards, offering a professional, transparent culture and a very diverse and safe working environment, with flexible timings and a hybrid work model - not 7 days of work and strict timings as this apparently disgruntled employee has reviewed. We realize that a high-energy and performance-driven environment such as ours is not meant for everybody and we do have a considered and humane approach for those who are unable to measure up to the performance requirements, always offering adequate feedback and scope for self-improvement. However, there will always be a few who wish to write malicious reviews after resigning.
