Company offers excellent work freedom and some great opportunity to innovate and apply oneself. Regular Guidance and Involvement of top management in operations is really quite motivating and it helps team to achieve higher and higher level of performance.

Dislikes

Company some times dependent more on external agencies for technical matters rather then available internal resources which results in some frustration with available people.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
