Work Culture is decent. Work life balance is there to a certain extent. Growth opportunities are there but due to a lot of sudden changes in policies the growth gets halted completely. Management has to stick to its policies for sometime atleast before they start making changes.

Dislikes

Management policies keep fluctuating. Extremely difficult sometimes to adjust to these changes. Sales pricing keeps changing frequently so it becomes confusing for the elders and children to decide whether they want to enrol for Emoha's plans or not.

Company is kind enough but I would say for management, they are bias and differentiate between WFO employee and WFH employee. In regards to work, they expect WFH employees to do much more than WFO employees. Above to that all benefits & rewards are made only for WFO employee. WFH employee never gets any goodies such as company's printed t-shirts, mugs, any team outings or parties etc. These all are made for WFO employees.
