Disciplinary act during work, Prayer before starting the day are the things I like while working with Baptist Christian Hospital,Tezpur under Emmanuel hospital association.

Management is non transparent.They doesn't have there own decisions on employees.They use to go with what there spies have informed them.Sometimes spy opinions may be biased also.

The policies are out dated. Every individual want to look after his/her old parents. But EHA policies says u cannot work in ur home town. As my parents they stay in Mussoorie but when ever they go to LCH they never get any dependency benefits as I and my sister both were permanent employee of Eha. There are restrictions for nurses But not for junior female doctors. Favouritism is a major issue.me and my wife experienced so much of partiality in EHA. We both were trained in Eha Nd worked their 2014 to 2020 as staff nurse. And I know that whatever I have written will never come in notice....Read More
