Financially sound promoters (Reddys) but all finances goes in the pocket of upper management & their aides working in company

Dislikes

1. sales guys are beggars in this comp 2. no job security of sales guys 3. seniors do zero business. they survive on our business 4. zomato, swiggy, underwear, house renovation, personal vacation bills of ceo and coo are shown as TPA expenses in books. Fake bills are prepared by hr head 5. senior management cut by TPAs is 1% in all gmc policies which goes in their pocket 6. all good accounts are renewed by service guys who are aides of ceo and coo...Read More
