Policies are outdated. People here don't get rewarded for good work they have done. No proper deployment of work, if you are given additional responsibilities then no additional benefits are given to you but for some people even after not giving additional responsibilities additional benefits are given. Too much favouritism is followed here. Employee travel policy is very outdated.
