Emaar is a good company only when you are working in Dubai. You will get all sort of experience here but no appreciation, motivation or any sort of support will be given to you.

Except variety in work, everything are hell pathetic in Emaar and I am sure same is not because company is bad, because the seniors who all are running company are self motivated, wanted only there near one or dear one grow. It seems like Emaar wanted to discontinue their operations in India as nobody will bother you even if you aretaking care of their whole operation. The criteria of growth in Emaar is to put down paper, n that too is not only the way, before that you have to be in good books of senior, then there is a scope of getting hidden growth. No HR policy implimentation. If you are going into legal then be prepared for listening personal comments on daily basis from senior, be prepared of sitting late even if u don't have work, be prepared of coming early even whole company use to come by 10-10:30 ( as per HR), be prepared for dress code self made by the dept.
