Taking ownership is encouraged by the CEO and Senior Leadership . It's important you take accountability and ownership of whatever you do at this company and take pride in your work. This is very fair and reasonable expectation from any company that offers one a platform to grow and learn.

Dislikes

There are no cons, as it's rare to find a place where you can grow over time and do the core work of regulatory and learn.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
