I have worked with large MNCs, IT companies but the Business Ethics I have seen here are seen nowhere in my life. 1) Respect and Care for all: Not only employees, even labour contractors are respected as partners in the company. Like other companies, this company doesn't treat clients like God and vendors like servants. Clients are taken care on business relationships and I heard many times, CEO instructing team that our first clients are people who are working for us, be it a freelancing technician or a small labour contractor and family feeling with care for employees who care for company. 2) Excellent working culture for employees with almost everything defined with clear policies transparently. 3) I have never heard of any employee fired even due to less performance instead, they are given opportunity in other departments as per their interests and capabilities. 4) Another best part as a professional, I like the most and learning here, the company's management always work towards developing and doing things in new ways which resulted in many innovative ways and technologies for City Gas/ Piped Gas industry.

Dislikes

1) Training can be improved with specialised technical and soft skill teams which is not in place till now. 2) Management should be more practical and just being good to all, sometimes hamper company's interest and pressure on those people who are doing good.
