Director & Manager are making the environment very toxic. They constantly asks for updates which is quite frustrating. Training will be of name shake which is as good as nothing. Too much work pressure. No job security. No learning. Appraisal is delayed to much extent. 0% increment. In appraisal form, managers will list down all your faults & shortcomings. They never appreciate the good work done so far. Expectation is very high. If not up to mark, they will simply fire the employees stating that you do not meet their expectation & your last working day will be day after tomorrow.
