Work culture was good as friendly professionasls all around.

Dislikes

Salaries get delayed almost everytime. Job security means nothing to the employees due to improper management & policies. Many a times loyal employees get listed out to resign on their own without any objection. As a Graduate Apprentice, you will not get permanent job at all without someone's reference.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
