Delay but not denied monthly salary.... Promotion criteria is not good, as my hod recommends for my promotion but management speaks only in terms of marketing/ business development whereas I am being a service engineer brings business indirectly to my company by making a strong base bec ause of my confidence, professionalism, and trust worthiness. If we don't commission and h/o the equipment properly then in future we shall be neglected for their future business in pipeline... Hence in short I would like to say the evaluation procedure and protocols should have different methods in identifying the different candidates as per their nature of Job 2.
