Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for Industrial Gear Boxes, including generating leads, meeting with customers, and closing deals.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product knowledge.
  
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in industrial gear box sales or related field (mechanical engineering background preferred).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
