Worst company ever I have joined

1. 3 years bond. 2. 5 lakhs bond breakage including electricity bill, security charge, office rent, approx 9 lakhs. 3. Not a single senior developer is there all are freshers. 4. No weekends, you have to work all 7 days. You have to take leave for weekends depends upon manager otherwise they will do LOSS OF PAY. 5. Manager, Ceo, director, Cto all will treat fresher as a slave. 6. No trainings, you have to depend upon only on google. 7. As a fresher if you stuck in somewhere while coding that time manager will show you how hell looks like. 8. Good Company to work with, has multiple clients. Salary credits on time, allowance's if you're travelling or working at client location which is outside of company's base location. It all depends on your project, team and manager, I think it is the same where.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high,sometimes i have to spent more hours straight in a day as i have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times..
