There is large scope for career growth, learning, training,job satisfaction. Mgt is taking proactive precautions for control of covid19 as per the guidelines laid down by state/central govt.

Dislikes

There is scope for improvement in appraisal system at unit level and requires its strengthening. Atmosphere should be developed for work life balance.

Work Details

There are chances for multi tasking and multiple roles.Mgt is giving priority for safety. Some of the policies are yet to reveal at unit level.

EID Parry give Chance to learn and develop your skills level. And we can many other departments operations. If we compare with other company they never provide you such a platform.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high at season time. To meet company requirements employees have to work extra hours. Some time supervisor /HOD expect more things from ground level employees. When there ability/ knowledge is Low in some task.

Generally speaking, as I want in administraton -HR department & towards to my work in Administrator/HR. I love to work in same Dep and trying to get more progress. As company strict with there policy and compile -compensation &benefits as per Act.

I will advice not to join in EID Parry if anybody got Job Offer in Parry Nutraceticals since every year 5 employees are sent out without valid reasons.So,Job Security is very poor.Apart from good salary remaining you have to loose in your life.( Other than Parry you can consider other business of Murugappa Group)

My Bosses Mr. Kishore babu and Mr. Magesh ram motivates, trained well they works well than expect to work great.... It's been like skill development institute for better future.

Comparison of skills with experience. Most of the decision will takes management mostly internal reporting .
