Concept was very good and there was ample opportunities for new learning with technology. Tech savvy bosses always enthusiastically welcomed latest technology & new ideas. A very very good project lost due to few wrong & useless hands brought in places.

Favoritism, self centered mindset, no value for middle level management talents, self proclaimed leaders, no logic on salary structure, too much dependency, belief on wrong informers, dump heads.

As a project Manager, was held responsible for day-to-day operations which included, back end, Field, client, customer & inventory management. Field dependency was huge and monitoring the field staff was the toughest task .

I dislike everything about this company. The working atmosphere is not congenial. There is so much of dirty politics and the team leaders are voiceless and do not voice out for the employees as they are scared of the managing committee. Salary was never on time. I had a very bad experience with this company. They promised to take meback after my maternity period but when I wanted to join back, they simply didn't respond and told me after asking for a numerous times, that there is no vacancy. 1. Salary isn't given on time 2. The team leaders are not encouraging. Infact, they plot against the employees. 3. They overload you with work 4. They put down you as an employee and make one feel like he/she is useless. At times, it goes to an extent that it is mentally harassing a person.

Salary delay. Senior person will not give any response if we ask about salary. Worst Team leader,even my TL does not know anything if we ask. If we ask leave and any query HR will say "i dont know" .I dont know why they even open such useless company, and now this covid 19 pandemic they are not giving our salary.still feb salary pending. No word to describe this company.Never join this company.
