AT Time of interview, interviewers asked questions from latest technologies. But post joining, in actual environment every thing is just old rotten code. No code reviews done, No process to check code quality. Only thing is just accomplish the task by hook and crook. If anyone asks queries, he will be in trouble. There was a lot to learn from this company as it's a startup company. The seniors were very helpful. They have been working on their own project currently IITDELHI's Student information system is also designed by them and other colleges of India and Foreign.

Dislikes

There is no job security. There is a minimum Bond. Work from home is only given to selective people. Cafeteria doesn't have much of refreshments for employees. Stake Holders and Owners are rude.
