I joined them twice. Earlier in 2012 when I just left my job in BPO they offered me a role in International online sales. Working in that vertical gave me exposure to international certifications like CFA, FRM, PRM and interacting with clients abroad was a great learning experience altogether. Later when I rejoined them in 2015 I was offered a role to handle Pune center along with sales. So, I am enjoying my work right now. I have lot of support from my manager and colleagues as I am working on remote. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
