There is no good and safe workplace for female candidates. None of the managers possess leadership qualities; everyone just exploits those below them. There's intense jealousy among the employees; no one wants you to progress more than them, they will pull you down. The CTO lacks decency in dealing with female employees; he is a very despicable person. They don't follow policies where they should<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
