One of the worst company I ever see in my life. Most Team Leaders are unskilled persons. They are forcing to Work 12hrs in a day and work on sunday. For the OT not paying double of our salary. No skills you learn there. Everytime they will put work pressure specifically target.

But if the team keeps changing, it’s hard to form that bond and grow in your role.
