The management is not supportive. There is no any job security. The salary don't provide properly. There are only a few senior employee others all are freshers. Only the senior are good and supportive.

Huge scope to learn and explore new things. They put extra pressure on Implementation and Support team.

Dislikes

Job security is zero. They hire people based on their salary expectations not on their skill. Every Tom, Duck, and Harry will get job at eDominer. You will be in probation period for the first three months. If you don't perform as per their expectations, they will fire you immediately without any notice. Just a call from HR that you need not come to office from tomorrow. Appraisals are poor. No retention policy. Lowest salary in the market. No proper training is provided....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
