I was able to learn lot from then principal

No proper hr policy, principal can't do much changes inspite their good and best efforts, not proper office time, they will ask you extend beyond limits and even if you work no recognition of the same. No increment, no defind work, you expected work more than what's your role is. If you resign and relieved with respect and with proper documents and certificate. Then that's your biggest achievement. They delay the salary during relieving time. There is no job security. I have seen people were thrown out by giving silly reason inspite they have worked for the best of the organization. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
