Everything I liked about this place is what it felt like in the beginning. They provide cars for their official commute but soon that privilege and many others will wear thin. *I still remember I had to rent Rapido bikes on many occasions for official work too* They have 7 units across the city and except 5 of them rest are at located in a well connected place.

Dislikes

Down to one sentence, don't opt for this company. People here are toxic in terms of communication, behaviour. I found most of them are unprofessional except some new talented employees. Coming to the most horrible part, the department heads are often accused of conducting unethical practices like bribes, having indecent relationships with colleagues and it is an open secret here as they are often caught in the act. Many dynamic, hardworking professionals join this company and end up leaving this place within 1 and 2 years. The reason is that the company looks a very organized one but the more you get involved in the daily business, the more you get exposed to what they do and who they actually are. I won't say much about the debacles that kept happening here from time to time, but you must have got some hints. My suggestion to talented freshers and experienced professionals is that they should look elsewhere for their next career hunch....Read More

Everything. From HR to Manager they will ruin your life. Salary hike is not good. You have to do night shift with less than per day salary.

This company is a manufacturer of world class fashion accessories like bags, wallets, key rings etc.. One of the finest manufacturer and exporter of Eastern Region of India.

The internal administration of the company is very poor. There is no job security. People have been asked to leave even after working for 18 years in this organization. In some cases legal actions have been taken against employees due to leaving jobs. People have been asked to report to work even during lockdown / restrictions imposed by the Government. Internal politics is too much. MD of the company is a very honest and polite person but he gets influenced by others. Its a wonderful place to work at if you don't seek any growth or learning opportunity. Appraisals are fair from the upper management given your immediate boss is unbiased. Also, new ideas are appreciated by the upper management if you manage to make your voices heard (which is the most difficult thing in this company given the strict hierarchy).

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. In some departments, employees good at their job are kept at the same position for years instead of promoting them. An employee at a senior position has no work-life balance as getting calls from the management after work, sometimes late at night, is a common practice. There is no one to hear complaints against other employees (specially if they are your bosses) if you are being treated in an unfair or hostile manner. The work environment is quite abusive and hostile in some departments. The HR department is only for hiring and firing purpose and for organizing parties once a year. My work was hectic but fun as I loved interacting with my buyers and coordinate order execution. However, it was a constant battle between doing the right thing while meeting profit goals; or work unethically to exceed those goals as they preferred later.
