Salary is decent but in carrier growth depends his/ her experience not to look his quality and also experienced. Here experience mean who has completed another place many more. Roaster implement only fix members not all. Overall is good.

They were not supportive at all. Laid off employees who worked day & night to increase the revenue of this company. Internal politics and unnecessary tasks will be assigned to deviate your from your work goals. I had high hopes from the management. A huge pool of people in HR team who are either puppets to Deepali Dev or wasting their time doing repetitive tasks. Overall zero growth. You will be surprised with the higher management's attitude. They are not professional at all. A bunch of self proclaimed seniors sabotaging the careers of thousands & thousands of youth.
