Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a Covid -19. Which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hast and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Politics the higher management don't have any responsibility towards employees. You have to take a stand for your self. They approached some people who doesn't even know how to work properly.
