The best infrastructure in state. No. 1 facility offering campus for students. Campus is huge in area. Sports facility at its best. Situated at a great location. Also see dislike section.

Every new term you will see a new teacher on campus due to the management handled by the Principal Flattering teachers are always close to the Principal One teacher beats second teacher in third teacher's residence inside the Campus. Zero job security!you will be kicked out anytime.

When a new employee joins the duty there is no on Job training, no induction programme for freshers.

The infrastructure of Ecole globale is good.

Ecole is being headed by a arrogant and stupid owner Tarunjot singh juneja. He will not pay the security amount even after resigning properly.He is worst employer and behaves like a goon sometimes. All Juneja's are money minded people and heatless too. Thapliyal and principal dances on their tunes. Personally i won't suggest anyone to join ecole if thinking of working for a longer duration.

Ecole is being run a group of teachers who are living there from past five - six years.Most of the administrative post are being held by them only. Principal Mrs Naina Dhillon belives them blind fold however she is soft spoken.

Coming to the first and foremost important thing everybody is comcerned about these days which is job security . Well from what I have seen here is that the colleagues , office staff and the management faculty all seem to be bery cordial and helping which makes the enivironment more ambient and soothing . The company policies are well justified and satisfactory . Firm owners often make sure that none of the people face difficulty with their mental , physcial or social heath . This seems to be pretty diplomatic as its really difficult to guess what are the possible cons of being here . Still what I feel is that sometimes the authorities as well as teaching faculty get a little stressed up because of lack of proper self care management due to taking extra classes for the betterment of students . Rest I dont feel any problem being here or working here .

Good work environmeny and culture. Here, the teammates are very supportive and the way of management is also nice, that's why it comes under the best international schools. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
