I have been working in eCIFM for 7 Months. They terminated me without any notifying me. And that was my worst experience with a bad company. And they have meaning less policy like two employees can't talk and laugh, even they can't sit together more than 15-20 Day's. That's the worst company in IT sector. Don't go there for any reason.

There is no HR Policy and there no manager that can help you in any situation. There is zero even negative job security.

I have very bad experience in this company and there is no job security, work culture, working environment, work-life balance, HR policy and even they doing harassment of employees. They are not allowed to keep your cellphone with you while working.
