The working environment and culture is very good. Not recommended for freshers as there is no variety of technology, but for people in TRIRIGA domain extremely recommended since exposer to TRIRIGA is given.

Working at eCIFM for me has been totally different experience because as soon I joined the organization...pandemic happened but still I would say that eCIFM always kept their trust in the new resources and provided us with the platform to uplift our skill sets...job security is not a concern for anybody until and unless they are unable to perform...management is supportive and they like to invest a lot of time in grooming their resources...overall for me it has been a great experience....Read More
