Hello, As per our understanding appraisal in every company is given on annual basis. Considering you are form Ahmedabad, that city office just opened up in August 2022. So it is not even a year of opening up. So expecting an appraisal within 4-5 months of the city opening up - isnt fair. Anyway we hope you find what you are looking for. Regards, Echobooom

We appreciate your feedback. We are glad that you found accessibility to higher management easy, as we strongly believe in open communication. However, we fail to understand if access to senior management as rightly said by you was easy, that shows we follow an open-door policy and engage in one on ones while handling grievances – having said that we did not understand the contradictory remark of politics if open communication has been followed at the work place. We as an organization have tried our best to steer clear from biased behaviors and engaging in grapevine in office. We truly hope you find what you are looking for in your future assignments.
