Everything about the environment is very negative the day you start your work you will start seeing the pressure they want you to work like a donkey day and night and the management has no value or respect for you they only care about their commission the head is pathetic he is a dictator never listens to employee concerns only cares about his money and business, work life balance is a myth according to the management here, 2 people have already commited suicide while working over here , join at your own risk everyone who is working over here is only working because of the money and rest if you are a chatu employee with no self respect you can survive here for a long time although job security is a concern over here they will give you frequent warnings of firing you...Read More

Several things to point out: Great place if you want to grow professionally and personally. Management is approachable and supportive. Good pay masters No capping on commissions Excellent products International tours
