Previously every thing is good..i have taken the maternity leave from oct 19 till march 20. Suidnly lockdwn is hppnd , i want to do work from home but no body is helping me out laptop is with somone else, aftr 1 year of lockdwn and aftr many time asking no body is response.

Now the bad thing is head is saying we have to reduce the members in team it means they dont want me back in company. Is it a good thing ? in covid 19 many people have losses there job because of some reasons but i dont want to loose my job please give the response.

The company did not give any support to us during lock down period they did not pay us during lockdown when we fighting with their daily life expenses room rents and many more things they did gave a single rupee to survive in this pandemic. it was a worse experience with ebixcash.
