I have joined this company in Covid season, in the month of June 2021. About likings I felt it is great place to work which provide me Skill Development opportunity to enhance my skills. Here we do not have Junior Senior things so I can directly reach to even my location head with any problem (just like family). Balance of work and life is best. My work is to track global trade volume to maintain record of the same as per chemical regulatory. I also look into Regulatory compliance. I am an active member of Product Data Management team and look after creation of data in SAP as per req

My Manager helped me a lot in learning new things, started my carrier as support analyst moved in the development team, where I gained good knowledge in salesforce development. Blessed to have a part of Great team, team members help a lot in sharing their knowledge. Fun at Team Lunch, Work life Balance and knowledge sharing leaders set good examples for upcoming leaders.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
