salary/appraisal need to structured on the employee experience basis which should be motivate the employee to work more for the business. otherwise company is very place to work i can recommend people to work here.

Just a feedback that company should provide transportation benefits although we are working in a hybrid model.

I am a tax analyst with experience of more than 7 years of experience in European Indirect tax compliance. I also deal in EMEA tax compliance wherein we prepare/file indirect tax returns of our own Eastman entities spread across the globe.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
