Definitely one of the least known fortune 500 company which has an excellent environment and inherited culture. The company understand and in fact enhances the value of each of its employee. An excellent company to work for.... a company where even lesser CTC might feel a blessing because of the kind if people, culture and work life balance that it gives.

Dislikes

The food and transport facility is not available at the office but then that still fine. Bigger companies like Deloitte also don't give so fine!

Work Life balance, job security ( I never doubted even for a second on Job security at Eastman ), Company policies are employee friendly and they are making them more employee friendly by each passing year.

Dislikes

Nothing in particular, felt Eastman needs to invest more on trainings, which leads to employees career growth. Team outings/lunch are once per quarter, it would be better if it's once in a month.

Working culture and environment ,flexible timings. If you are in current demanding role in market then you can settle here for few years. Good work life balance. Freshers get good CTC.

Dislikes

No office transport, No promotions(career progression), Very less learning, In few roles No learning, Company is not recommended for freshers as they can't learn apart from what polishing work they do. You get good CTC but your in-hand is very less compare to other organisations employees with same CTC. It is better to negotiate in-hand salary instead CTC in interview.
