Culture: My Company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. many cultural events are organized by HR and celebrated properly by theemployees. Food: They have superb canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here. there is also a arrangement of food for tasting people. Infrastructure: Nice and huge buildings and all necessary equipment's and well organized laboratories with employee safety arrangements. in built medical facilities and annual medical check ups.
