Nothing, don't join this company. They will not give you salary. Also, deduct the salary. Keep on hold. Complete poor work culture. You can't do any work without asking the MD, very much interference.

Very poor work culture, you cannot do anything. Only meetings no outcomes. Time waste. If you want to destroy your career then only join. Person who are local, old having their own group, does not entertain new people and let them do any work also. Attrition rate is very high max work life is 4-6 months, also very strict timings almo st 11 hrs everyday. And working on Sundays too....Read More

This company is manged by one site supervisor and he is designated as executive director. Whole day he works for insulting to staff and needy visitors. Many illegal work in the factory. UN-organized management. Low quality production and manufacturing practice, I am dis satisfied with everything. Not a good experience.
