This is Purely Lala Culture. No Process No Hirarchey. No Professionalism. Toxic Work environment. Owners are busy in their own. Bollywood and Politicians World ,No Focus on Business. Any Senior Level positions is Max Secured for a Year .Actually they Keep Hiring Professional and Influnced guy and they take all information and used all his good quality and his good office relationships and after that they start Harrashing the person so that he or she with no choice had to Leave the company as to safe guards dignity and respect. The Biggest Culprit in Easemytrip is Nutan Gupta as entire Organisation Hates her as she has been highly influenced by Owners of the Company. Outsider Vendors Hoteliers and Airlines really avoid Meetings her as she is very unprofessional and highly disgusting lady .She is at the age of 68 Years Playing all dirty politics and dont understand why she has been continuing to be as employee at her age people retired, Again this is owners faults as they only giving her all liberty.
