Nothing, I have seen a lot of colleagues getting terminated without any specific reasons, even sometimes if they want to appoint someone, the management would just call terminate their existing employee and it's mostly run by one family where only family members are in important position

Dislikes

It terminates it's staffs without providing any prior notice, there is no appraisal for your work, incentive structure is not same for all, you can be promoted or demoted at any time without any specific reason there is no over time incentives, the management can deduct your salary for no reason and upon asking no clarifications will be profided
