I've worked with several organizations in my career and in most of the SALES DRIVEN organizations, if you don't perform; you're kicked out within a month but this organization is certainly different on one Aspect that is INTENT. If you have intent you're not kicked out. all they ask is for improvement. In the initial month, your manager will walk up to and should ask about numbers but instead they will ask you about the lead sources, Data sets, competitors knowledge.
