Not an ideal place for an IT engineer n job security is terrible any moment u r fired without any notice and reason also not professional

There is no understanding at the level of experience and even an IT engineer r made to work on electronic and expected to know it Being a fresher it was a bad experience and it really spoiled my career in intial stage And senior do bully d new comers Also if u hv studied in US than u get special treatment n if u hv from studied fromindia alwaz der is a feeling lk US candidates r superior Plus a note If u r an IT software engineer u r made to feel watever u studied is useless (no IT pratices they know and follow) and the ceo has grudges against students who hv becm IT engineer or from IT Background As a fresher a very bad place to start...Read More

Worst experience as a fresher I was appointed on another an employee who was fired cz his need was over and same was done with me I was fired wen there were no projects of my technology and appointed an extc engineer
